Purpose
Complete the Equipment Management Module Setup action for EM Revenue Codes so decide/load/accept is clear before live EM. Form field detail stays on the Vista article.

Implementation guidance
- Core codes: hourly, daily, weekly and monthly are the four core revenue codes.
- Time conversion: the most important setting is the time unit of measure and the time units. They convert usage into hours. For example, one day converts to 8 hours and one week to 40 hours, which is the common setup.
- Decide / load / accept: agree the revenue codes and their time conversions, key them, and accept with the Controller before setting rates.
Tips and gotchas
- Check the time units on each code. They're what turn a day or a week of use into hours.

- In-scope setup for this action is loaded (or explicitly N/A / hidden when optional and out of scope).
