Purpose
Complete the Equipment Management Module Setup action for EM Revenue Rates by Category so decide/load/accept is clear before live EM. Form field detail stays on the Vista article.
Prerequisites
- EM Categories and EM Revenue Codes exist.
- Default Revenue Breakdown Code is set on EM Company Parameters.
- Know standard rates, whether operators may override at posting, and whether work units or hour-meter updates apply.

Implementation guidance
- When it's needed: if the client's intent is to charge equipment primarily to jobs, they need to set up the hourly, daily, weekly and monthly rates they'll use for each category.
- Overrides: these category rates can be overridden on EM Revenue Rates by Equipment.
- Decide / load / accept: load category rates for each revenue code after categories and revenue codes exist, and accept with the Controller before setting any equipment overrides.
Done when
- In-scope setup for this action is loaded (or explicitly N/A / hidden when optional and out of scope).
- Owner accepts the decide/load result for go-live.
- Linked Vista configuration matches what was accepted.
