HQ Reviewers

Purpose​

Create individual reviewer person records that participate in Vista approval workflows. Sequence, optional status, and thresholds are configured later on Reviewer Groups.

Prerequisites​

  • Identify who will review invoices, timesheets, and/or job billing.
  • Vista user accounts exist for those people (VA User Profile link required on the reviewer).
  • Create reviewers before HQ Reviewer Groups (Reviewers is Order 17 for this reason).

Implementation guidance​

  • This form creates the reviewer identity only. Sequence, optional reviewer status, and threshold amounts are configured when the reviewer is added to a group on the Reviewers tab in Reviewer Groups.
  • Each reviewer must have a VA User Profile link to participate in approval workflows.
  • Optionally add on-behalf reviewers who can approve when the primary reviewer is unavailable.
  • After creating reviewers, sequence them on HQ Reviewer Groups.

Done when​

  • Reviewer person records exist for all day-one approvers.
  • Each reviewer has VA User Profile linked; on-behalf reviewers added where coverage is required.
  • Reviewers are ready to be sequenced on Reviewer Groups (sequence/thresholds happen on the group, not here).
