Implementation guidance​

  • What they are: position codes are a field on the resource that groups employees by job title.
  • Salary ranges: the salary range fields are unused.
  • Exempt status: marks whether the position is exempt or non-exempt.
  • Decide / load / accept: agree the job title list with the owner, set up the codes with exempt status, and accept.

Done when​

  • In-scope setup for this action is loaded (or explicitly N/A / hidden when optional and out of scope).
  • Owner accepts the decide/load result for go-live.
