Purpose
Copy one T&M template to another so rates or structure can differ without rebuilding from scratch.

Implementation guidance
- Use when a billing pattern repeats across customers/branches but rates or line structure need a variant.
- Copy, then adjust rates/structure on the new template.
- Not a master list to load at cutover unless copies are part of the go-live template set.

Tips and gotchas
- Thin Tracker page by design. Implement from the Templates article + Vista + F1.
- Copy ≠ rate setup — edit rates on the new template after copy.
Done when
- Either: out of scope (N/A / hidden), or in-scope rows exist for go-live templates that need this form.
- Owner accepts against the parent template pattern.
