Purpose​

Optional labor rate overrides on a T&M template when standard labor rates are not enough.

Implementation guidance​

  • Only when the template needs labor overrides beyond the base labor rate table.
  • Prefer documenting when overrides are used; use Vista + F1 for restriction fields.
