microsoft-excel-for-tad
TAD is an Excel add-in. Desktop Microsoft Excel must be available on each machine that will load and use TAD.

- Other Robonauts products do not require Excel for day-one setup
What you need
- Desktop Microsoft Excel (not browser-only Excel for the add-in workflow)
- Ability to enable the Developer / Excel Add-ins path used in Loading the Excel Add-in
- For multi-user environments, a shared network folder for the add-in file is recommended during install
Cascade AVD note
If cloud SQL connectivity is unavailable and your team uses Cascade AVD, Excel is provided through that remote desktop instance and typically requires Microsoft Office E3 or E5. See TAD Installation Prerequisites.
