Ask TUDS about an Analysis Run
Use the right-side Ask TUDS panel to ask follow-up questions about the selected analysis run—not general ERP chat.
Where: Mission Control → Agent Workforce → Data Analysis → open an analysis → expand Ask TUDS
You need a completed (or at least selected) run. Until then the panel says to run the analysis first.
Start a thread
- Select the analysis and the run in Select run.
- Expand Ask TUDS if it is collapsed.
- Click + New Chat (or click a Suggested questions chip—suggestions can start a thread).
- Type a question and Send (Enter sends; Shift+Enter for a new line).
The header shows which analysis and run IDs the chat is tied to. Threads are scoped to that analysis + run. If you switch runs, start + New Chat before asking about the new run (history from another run will not accept follow-ups for the current run).
Suggested questions and Explain
| Source | Behavior |
|---|---|
| Suggested questions | Skill-specific prompts (e.g. Over 90 drivers). Use Show all when more exist |
| Explain on a KPI, chart, recommendation, or Top # | Opens Ask TUDS and sends a grounded explain prompt for that tile |
Copy any message with the copy control on the bubble (You / TUDS).
History
- Click History → Ask TUDS History.
- Search by title, preview, analysis, run, skill, or scope.
- Open a thread to reload it. Badges show Active and Current run when applicable.
- Delete with the trash control → confirm Permanently delete (hard delete; cannot be undone). Use Keep thread to cancel.
Save a chart from chat
If TUDS proposes a custom chart action on an assistant message:
- The analysis must already have a Display template assigned—otherwise save stays disabled with that reason.
- Use the action’s save control on the card.
- The chart is stored on that display template (see Customize display templates).
