Steps in this stage

StepTitleWhat you do
1Code format readiness playbookReview purpose, impact, decide-now vs later; Next marks reviewed
2Design required formatsApprove required team formats in the embedded generator; Next stays disabled until required formats are ready
3Core configuration handoffConfirm summary readiness; Complete stage handoff

Footer on step 2 shows configured/required counts (for example 3/5 required formats ready).

Step 1 — Readiness

  1. Open Code format readiness playbook.
  2. Review the caution, key columns affected, stage activities, and decide-now / do-later lists with the team.
  3. Click Next when reviewed.

Step 2 — Design required formats

The Playbook embeds the Code Format Generator for the current team (persist on approve).

  1. Use Refresh Formats if progress looks stale after approvals elsewhere.
  2. Optionally Open full page to work on /missioncontrol/implementations/code-format in a new tab (same team formats).
  3. In the embedded list, open each required format, set Final Format, and Approve (or use Approve All when valid).
  4. Fix any Invalid - Must End With "N" (or other validation) before approve succeeds.
  5. Watch the footer count until required formats are ready, then Next.

Next does not advance while step 2 is incomplete. Approvals update Playbook progress from saved team code formats.

Step 3 — Core configuration handoff

  1. Confirm Ready to move into Core Configuration and review the summary-only format view.
  2. Click Complete stage handoff to finish the stage.
