2Vista module guideApply/adjust module assignees; Next marks reviewed
3Action status snapshotSync visibility and assignees into Company Tracker; finish with Complete Core Configuration

Step 1 — Data pyramid

  1. Open Data pyramid.
  2. Review the tier guidance with the team (what data must be stable before deeper setup).
  3. Click Next.

Step 2 — Vista module guide

  1. Review Module scope from onboarding (modules selected in Onboarding are highlighted as In scope when available).
  2. Click Apply default assignees to pull owners from the Onboarding role matrix into module defaults.
  3. In the module table (Module, What it supports, Typical prereqs, Assignees), adjust Assignees per module as needed. Changes save per row.
  4. When assignee work is settled, click Next.

Step 2 only sets module ownership for sync. It does not write Company Tracker action assignees until Step 3.

Step 3 — Action status snapshot

  1. Review the pulse metrics: Total actions, Completed, In progress, Past due (and status badges such as To Do).
  2. Run Sync visibility so hide/show for Core Configuration actions matches this company’s module scope.
  3. Run Sync assignees. In Sync action assignees, choose:
    • Replace existing — overwrite current action assignees with Step 2 selections, or
    • Add to existing — add Step 2 selections on top of current assignees
  4. Optionally Open Company Tracker to work the actions there.
  5. When ready, click Complete Core Configuration.
