The right Required items list shows these flow step titles.

Step 1: Cutover readiness mission

  1. Review the cutover readiness mission framing with leadership and the project team.
  2. Click Next.

Step 2: Company copy selection

  1. Set From / To company copy.
  2. Capture schedule and owner for the copy.
  3. Choose method: TAD, Trimble, or TUDS.
  4. Use Export for TAD when the method or handoff needs that packet.
  5. Click Next when selections are saved.

Step 3: Lock the cutover plan

  1. Define workstream cutover dates and owners on the launch-week map.
  2. Default workstreams include: New Hires, New Jobs/Contracts, Timecard Entry, Pay Period, Purchase Orders, Subcontracts, AP Invoices, AP Check Run, Contract Billings, Cash Receipts, Service Work Orders.
  3. Use Add workstream for additional streams (dialog Add workstream).
  4. Ensure every workstream has a label before saves succeed.
  5. Click Next when the plan is ready for the vote.

Step 4: Team launch vote

  1. Open Team launch vote.
  2. Each eligible member submits their vote:
    • Greenlight: ready on schedule
    • Conditional Go: ready with explicit watch items
    • Hold: not ready; blocker remains
    • Pending: vote not yet cast
  3. Set confidence scored out of 10 (n/10) and add comments for conditions or blockers where needed.
  4. Click Next when the vote checkpoint for this pass is recorded.

The launch vote does not gate stage completion. You can finish Cutover Readiness regardless of vote outcome. Capture the vote for visibility; do not treat it as a hard blocker on Complete cutover readiness.

This stage does not use a Company Tracker sync panel.

Step 5: Final review

  1. Review the cutover map and vote summary (and any stage exports offered in the review).
  2. Click Complete cutover readiness.

On success, the Playbook advances to Go-Live (?phase=beginning_balance_load_go_live). Continue with Complete the Go-Live stage.
