Complete the Go-Live Stage
Use Playbook stage Go-Live to execute the live cutover window for selected beginning-balance loads and close with an executive readiness summary.

Balance-forward scope should already be decided in Complete the Beginning Balance Decisions stage.

Footer shows progress such as balances selected, completed/total on the board, and remaining/blocker counts.
Step 1 — Go-live brief
- Align the live-window plan, ownership, and expectations with the team.
- Confirm selected balances for go-live (count appears in the footer when available).
- Click Open command center.
Step 2 — Execution command center
- Work selected balances and prerequisites in the execution board (one operating view).
- Update completion as each balance/prereq finishes; watch remaining count.
- When the board work for this window is done (or ready for leadership review), click Open readiness summary.
Step 3 — Executive readiness summary
- Review the executive readiness summary for stabilization handoff.
- Resolve remaining items/blockers if Confirm readiness summary is disabled.
- Click Confirm readiness summary when final review is ready.
