Complete the Readiness Assessment Stage

Use Playbook stage Readiness Assessment for an explicit go / no-go checkpoint: company-copy scope, cutover plan, team vote, and final review.

Step 1 — Cutover readiness mission

  1. Review the readiness framing with leadership and the project team.
  2. Click Next.

Step 2 — Company copy scope and scheduling

  1. Select the readiness company-copy table scope.
  2. Capture Test-to-Live scheduling details required for the cutover.
  3. Click Next when selections are saved.

Step 3 — Lock the cutover plan

  1. Define workstream cutover dates and owners on the launch-week map.
  2. Use Add workstream for additional streams (dialog Add workstream).
  3. Ensure every workstream has a label before saves succeed.
  4. Click Next when the plan is locked for the vote.

Step 4 — Team launch vote

  1. Open Team launch vote.
  2. Each current-user voter submits their own vote:
    • Greenlight — ready on schedule
    • Conditional Go — ready with explicit watch items
    • Hold — not ready; blocker remains
  3. Add comments for conditions or blockers where needed.
  4. Watch the consensus badge: Proceed candidate, Proceed with conditions, or Hold recommended (any Hold blocks a clean proceed).
  5. Click Next when votes needed for this checkpoint are in.

Step 5 — Final readiness review

  1. Review the cutover map and vote summary.
  2. Click Complete cutover readiness.
