Complete the Stabilization Stage

Use Playbook stage Stabilization to close remaining post-go-live items, review guidance milestone cards, and hand off to steady-state support.

Checklist edits save in the background. Items need titles before saves succeed. The right Required items list shows these flow steps. This stage does not use a Company Tracker sync panel.

Step 1: Stabilization plan

1. Review how stabilization moves the company from go-live to steady operations.
2. Click Next.

Step 2: Final checklist

1. Work remaining closeout items. Table columns include Item, Target date, Owner, Status, and Notes.
2. Click Add item → Add stabilization item for extras when needed.
3. Click Next when the closeout list is under control.

Step 3: Post-go-live milestones

1. Review guidance cards (this step is guidance-only, not a separate hard-gated runner), including:
   • First month-end close
   • First project review meetings
   • First year-end close
2. Assign owners/dates and note risks as the product allows.
3. Click Next.

Step 4: Operational handoff

1. Confirm ownership and milestone coverage so support can taper without hidden gaps.
2. Click Complete stabilization.

This is the last numbered Playbook stage. For ongoing plan work after the Playbook, use Manage companies, milestones, and actions and Schedule and track implementation work.
