Complete the Stabilization Stage
Use Playbook stage Stabilization to close remaining post-go-live items, track early operational milestones, and hand off to steady-state support.

Step 1 — Stabilization plan
- Review how stabilization moves the company from go-live to steady operations.
- Click Next.
Step 2 — Final checklist
- Work remaining closeout items (status, owner, dates, notes).
- Click Add item → Add stabilization item for extras (item types can include Milestone).
- Click Next when the closeout list is under control.
Step 3 — Post-go-live milestones
- Review milestone readiness counts (for example milestones ready vs total).
- Assign owners/dates and note risks for the first big operational milestones after go-live.
- Click Next.
Step 4 — Operational handoff
- Confirm ownership and milestone coverage so support can taper without hidden gaps.
- Click Complete stabilization.
For ongoing plan work after the Playbook, use Manage companies, milestones, and actions and Schedule and track implementation work.
