Complete the Testing & Training Stage

Use Playbook stage Testing & Training to run scenario-based learning, track coverage, log issues, and keep Company Tracker visibility aligned.

The right Required items list shows these three flow steps.


Step 1: Start learning with real examples​

  1. Review purpose/outcomes, readiness guidance, before-session setup, and evidence to capture.
  2. Click Next.

Step 2: Work the grouped scenario list​

  1. Open Scenario coverage workspace.
  2. Work scenario groups. Use Expand / Collapse all to focus active gaps.
  3. Use Add testing item when you need an extra scenario/item in a group.
  4. Confirm status per item: Not started, In progress, Completed, or Blocked. Add testing notes as needed.
  5. Use hidden items / Restore when an item was hidden and should return.
  6. Click Next when coverage work for this pass is recorded.

Seeded scenario titles come from the product catalog / company data (not hardcoded here). Titles and progress differ by company.


Step 3: Log issues and retraining follow-ups​

  1. Review summary counts (scenario groups and related metrics).
  2. Log issues and retraining follow-ups in the issues workspace (treat this as readiness work, not cleanup later).
  3. Use Sync when you change scenarios so Company Tracker hide/show stays aligned; use Refresh after Tracker edits.
  4. Click Complete Testing & Training.
