Customize Display Templates

Control what appears after a run—without changing companies, months, or other analysis parameters.

Where: Mission Control → Agent WorkforceData Analysis → select an analysis → Display Template
Dialog: Display Template

Display templates are layout. Run scope stays in Configure analysis parameters.

Assign a template to the analysis

  1. Select the analysis in Active Analyses.
  2. Open Display Template.
  3. Choose a template under Template, or No template for default display.
  4. Click Assign Template (or Use No Template).

You can also set Display template when creating an analysis or inside Analysis Parameters.

Create a template

  1. Open Display TemplateNew Template.
  2. Enter Template name.
  3. Set Scope: Personal or Team (scope is chosen at create time).
  4. Optional Description.
  5. Configure visibility tabs (below), then Create & Assign Template.

The structured editors (KPIs, Charts, and so on) load metadata from the skill and the latest run. If no run metadata is available yet, you see Advanced settings JSON instead—run the analysis once, then reopen the dialog for the visual editors.

Edit visibility and order

With a template selected (or while creating one), use the tabs:

TabJob
KPIsWhich summary KPI cards show and in what order (grouped by purpose)
ChartsWhich generated chart cards show; includes Custom Charts / Add Custom Chart
Top #sWhich ranked-list containers show
RecommendationsWhich recommendation families show
Table ColumnsSnapshot Data Table column visibility/order preferences

Use Select all / deselect controls on a group when you need a quick reset. Items may show Default hidden when the skill defaults them off.

Click Save Template to persist edits on an existing template. Close dismisses the dialog.

Custom charts

On the Charts tab:

  1. Fill Add Custom Chart (title, chart type, dimension, measures, optional filters/limit/sort).
  2. Preview against the current run metadata when available.
  3. Save Chart onto the template.

Existing custom charts can be edited, duplicated, or deleted from the list. Custom charts require an assigned template (same rule as persisting table column prefs from the Data Table).

Delete a template

With an existing template selected (not in New Template mode), click Delete Template. Analyses using that template drop the assignment (no template until you assign another).
