Manage Companies, Milestones, and Actions
Use Company Tracker as the plan of record for company implementations: milestones, actions, stats, and plan PDF export. Calendar, Gantt, and Kanban show the same actions.

Edits save immediately (API). Company selection is remembered locally for the team.
Layout

Empty state: select or create a company to see the dashboard. Deep links can open ?implementationId=&actionId= (and optional messageId).
Companies
Same dialogs as the Playbook company sidebar:
- + → Create New Company Implementation → Create Company
- Row ⋯ → Edit, Duplicate (Copy assignees / Copy due dates), Copy Details, or delete
- Delete confirms with Delete Company (cannot be undone)
Work milestones and actions (Current Company)
- Select a company.
- Expand/collapse milestones; use Expand all milestones / Collapse all milestones as needed.
- Add Action on a milestone (or create a milestone when the UI offers Create Milestone / add-milestone flows).
- Open an action to edit status, priority, assignees, dates, and notes (comments dialog). Action statuses include Not Needed, To Do, In Progress, On Hold, In Review, Completed.
- Use Apply Options for bulk updates on the filtered set when available.
Hide vs delete

Prefer Hide when the item should leave the active plan without destroying history. Prefer Delete only when the item should not exist.
All Companies
- Open All Companies.
- Filter (including Core) and edit actions across companies in the matrix.
- Use the same add / apply / hide / delete patterns as Current Company where offered.
Switching back to Current Company reloads data so matrix edits appear on the single-company view.
Export Plan
- Click Export Plan.
- In the Export Plan dialog, set options for the PDF.
- Click Generate PDF (shows generating status while running).
This is the milestone/action plan PDF—not the Playbook stage/package export on Run the Implementation Playbook.
