Review and Process Company Parameters
Review module settings by company, stage flag changes in the detail tabs, then commit with Process Pending through the Azure Bridge.
Where: Mission Control → Company Tools → Company Parameters
Route: /missioncontrol/tools/company-parameters
Prerequisite: Select a team. Changes do not write to Vista until you process pending drafts.
Tabs
| Tab | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Summary | Module status badges by company; jump into a detail group |
| Interface Flags | Cross-module interface levels / update switches — stageable |
| Batch Report Flags | Attach Batch Reports switches — stageable |
| Audit Flags | Audit tracking switches — stageable |
| Module Setups | Whether module company setup records exist — informational (not staged like flags) |
On Summary, group shortcuts are labeled Interface, Batch Reports, Audit, and Setups.
Review Summary
- Open Company Parameters.
- Optionally filter Companies.
- Read Inactive Values for the current scope (counts inactive effective values, including staged drafts).
- Use Summary badges to see which modules need attention, then jump to the matching detail tab.
Click Refresh to reload from Vista / the bridge without discarding unrelated drafts that still differ from the reloaded values.
Stage changes
- Open Interface Flags, Batch Report Flags, or Audit Flags.
- In the company × module × field matrix, open a value badge dropdown and pick the new option.
- Staged cells stay pending until you process. Use the revert control on a dirty cell to restore the current Vista value for that field only.
- Watch Companies with Pending on detail tabs (not Summary / Module Setups).
If a module setup is not active, many flag cells stay non-editable (“Module setup is not active” / “Field is not setup”). Fix or activate setup in Vista first; Module Setups shows presence only.
Process or reset pending
| Action | Result |
|---|---|
| Process Pending | Sends all staged changes through the Azure Bridge, then reloads. Toast reports how many changes processed. |
| Reset Pending | Clears all staged drafts in the session without writing to Vista. |
Process Pending stays disabled until at least one draft exists. If the bridge accepts the write but the screen fails to refresh, pending values may be kept so you can retry Refresh / process again.
Do not leave large pending sets sitting across sessions—process when the staged values are correct, or reset.
Module Setups note
Module Setups is read-oriented: it shows whether each module’s company setup record is present/active. It does not use the same stage → process path as Interface / Batch Report / Audit flags. Use it to explain why flag cells are locked, not as the place to bulk-edit every parameter.
