Run an Audit Detail Query

Use Audit Detail Viewer to pick a catalog query, set filters, execute, and export results.

Where: Mission Control → Audit Detail → Audit Detail Viewer

You need view access on the query (Assign Audit Detail query permissions). See Audit Detail workflow.

Select a query​

  1. Open Audit Detail Viewer.
  2. In the left Audit Reports list, click a query (hover shows its description).
  3. Optionally use Search audit reports... to narrow the list.

The right Filters panel opens for the selected query. If the list is empty, you may have no view permissions or no reports configured for the team.

Set filters​

In Filters:

Standard Filters​

Always available (optional):

Additional Filters​

Query-specific fields (labels vary by query). Required fields show *. Lookups may load options after you fill dependent filters; changing a parent filter clears dependents.

Use Clear to reset filters for the selected query (defaults reapplied).

Execute​

  1. Fill required Additional Filters (and any optional standard filters you need).
  2. Click Execute (play control in Filters or in Audit Reports).

While running, the button shows Executing.... Validation errors appear in the Filters panel if required values are missing.

Review and export results​

After a successful run, the center grid shows rows.

Empty center before a run: No query results to display. Empty after a run with no rows: No results found.

Typical sequence​

  1. Confirm view access on the query.
  2. Select it under Audit Reports.
  3. Set Standard Filters / Additional Filters.
  4. Execute.
  5. Search, adjust columns, or export.
