Run an Analysis and Review Results
Execute a saved analysis and read the results for the selected run.
Where: Mission Control → Agent Workforce → Data Analysis → open an analysis in Active Analyses
Set scope first in Configure analysis parameters. Creating an analysis already starts a first run; use this guide for later runs and for reading results.
Before you run

If the button is disabled or you see a template-not-ready error, the skill catalog is not ready for that team—not a display-template issue.
Run and select a run
- Open the analysis.
- Use Select run to pick an existing run (when history exists).
- Click Run Again (label stays Run Again even for the first manual re-run; shows Running... while in progress).
- When the run completes, Summary and Data Table bind to that run.
Failed runs show an error on the Summary panels. Fix parameters or data prerequisites (for WIP: a succeeded snapshot), then Run Again.
Toolbar also has Close analysis (clears the main selection) and collapse/expand-all for Summary sections.
Summary tab
Work top to bottom (or collapse sections you do not need):

Drilldown and Explain
Where available on a KPI, Top # list/row, chart point/row, or recommendation:

Which KPIs, charts, Top #s, and recommendations appear is controlled by the analysis Display template—see Customize display templates.
Data Table tab
Opens the run’s stored snapshot grid for the skill (title varies, e.g. AP Aging Snapshot / WIP Snapshot).
- Search and sort within the table.
- Export using the skill’s export filename prefix.
- If a display template is assigned, column order/visibility changes can persist to that template.
- If no snapshot is stored for the run, the empty/no-snapshot message for that skill appears.
Charts and the table use the same stored snapshot; truncated storage is called out on the Charts panel when it applies.
