Schedule Audit Detail Delivery

Use Audit Detail Scheduler to run a catalog query on a cron and email Excel or CSV output.

Where: Mission Control → Audit DetailAudit Detail Scheduler
Route: /missioncontrol/reports/audit-detail/scheduler

You need view access on the query (Assign Audit Detail query permissions). Test filters first in Run an Audit Detail query if needed.

Create a schedule

  1. Open Audit Detail Scheduler.
  2. Click New schedule (empty state or sidebar +).
  3. On the Config tab:
    • Schedule Name (required; default New Audit Detail Schedule)
    • Enabled / Disabled switch
    • Audit Detail Query (required) — pick a query you can view
    • Output FormatExcel or CSV
    • Under Scheduled Parameters: set Standard Filters and query-specific Additional Filters (required fields show *). These values are saved with the schedule and used on every run.
  4. Open Email and fill required fields:
    • Email To (comma-separated)
    • Email Subject (default: Scheduled Audit Detail Report)
    • Email Body
    • Optional Email CC / Email BCC
  5. Click Save.

Rules require a saved schedule. After the first save, open Rules.

Sidebar list: Schedules. Green/red status dots mean Enabled / Disabled. Row ⋯: Execute, Duplicate, DeleteDelete Schedule.

Empty state: Select an Audit Detail Schedule.

Add cron rules

  1. Select a saved schedule.
  2. Open Rules.
  3. Click Add rule.
  4. In Add Rule:
    • Optional label
    • Timezone
    • Optional Start date / End date
    • Frequency (minutes, hourly, daily, weekly, monthly, or custom-cron) and the time/day options for that frequency
    • Enable the rule as needed
  5. Click Save Rule.

Edit an existing rule with Edit Rule. Enable/disable or delete per rule; delete confirms with Delete Rule.

Until the schedule is saved once, Rules shows: Save the schedule first to manage cron rules.
