Schedule Audit Detail Delivery
Use Audit Detail Scheduler to run a catalog query on a cron and email Excel or CSV output.

You need view access on the query (Assign Audit Detail query permissions). Test filters first in Run an Audit Detail query if needed.
Create a schedule
- Open Audit Detail Scheduler.
- Click New schedule (empty state or sidebar +).
- On the Config tab:
- Schedule Name (required; default
New Audit Detail Schedule) - Enabled / Disabled switch
- Audit Detail Query (required) — pick a query you can view
- Output Format — Excel or CSV
- Under Scheduled Parameters: set Standard Filters and query-specific Additional Filters (required fields show *). These values are saved with the schedule and used on every run.

- Open Email and fill required fields:

- Email Subject (default:
Scheduled Audit Detail Report) - Email Body
- Optional Email CC / Email BCC
- Click Save.
Rules require a saved schedule. After the first save, open Rules.
Sidebar list: Schedules. Green/red status dots mean Enabled / Disabled. Row ⋯: Execute, Duplicate, Delete → Delete Schedule.
Empty state: Select an Audit Detail Schedule.
Add cron rules
- Select a saved schedule.
- Open Rules.
- Click Add rule.
- In Add Rule:
- Optional label
- Timezone
- Optional Start date / End date
- Frequency (
minutes,hourly,daily,weekly,monthly, orcustom-cron) and the time/day options for that frequency - Enable the rule as needed
- Click Save Rule.
Edit an existing rule with Edit Rule. Enable/disable or delete per rule; delete confirms with Delete Rule.
Until the schedule is saved once, Rules shows: Save the schedule first to manage cron rules.
Run and review

Keep the schedule Enabled for automatic runs. Use Disabled to pause without deleting.
Team-wide history across schedulers is under Teams → Schedule Executions (source Audit Detail). Per-schedule history stays on this Executions tab.
Checklist before relying on email
- Query selected and required Scheduled Parameters filled.
- At least one enabled rule with the correct timezone.
- Email To / Subject / Body filled; test with Execute and check Executions.
