Schedule Financial Statement Delivery

Use Financial Scheduler to run a statement on a cron and email PDF or XLSX output.

Where: Mission Control → Financial StatementsFinancial Scheduler
Route: /missioncontrol/financials/scheduler

You need a viewable statement (template) from Builder and, for tree scope, trees from Build financial trees.

Create a schedule

  1. Open Financial Scheduler.
  2. Click New schedule (empty state or sidebar +).
  3. On the Config tab:
    • Schedule Name (required)
    • Enabled / Disabled switch
    • Statement — select a statement you can view
    • Output FormatPDF or XLSX
    • End MonthRelative (recommended) with offset months (0 = current, -1 = previous), or Fixed month
    • Scope Mode:
      • ParametersCompanies + Part fields / Lookup
      • Trees — pick tree and nodes under Trees scope
  4. Open Email and fill required fields:
    • Email To
    • Email Subject (default: Scheduled Financial Statement)
    • Email Body
    • Optional Email CC / Email BCC
  5. Click Save.

Rules require a saved schedule. After the first save, open Rules.

Sidebar list: Schedules. Green/red status dots mean Enabled / Disabled. Row ⋯: Execute, Duplicate, DeleteDelete Schedule.

Add cron rules

  1. Select a saved schedule.
  2. Open Rules.
  3. Click Add rule.
  4. In Add Rule:
    • Set Timezone
    • Choose Frequency (minutes, hourly, daily, weekly, monthly, or custom-cron) and the time/day options for that frequency
    • Enable the rule as needed
  5. Click Save Rule.

Edit an existing rule with Edit Rule. Delete confirms with Delete Rule.

Until the schedule is saved once, Rules shows: Save the schedule first to manage cron rules.
