Assign an approver (optional)
On the card under Approver, assign a team member or clear to No approver.
| Approver | Behavior |

Archive, delete, unarchive
- No statements → delete the card.
- Has statements → Archive card hides it; statements stay on file.
- Restore from Archived Credit Cards with unarchive/restore.
Ready for statements
When the card has the correct template, posting company/vendor, and approver choice, create the next statement from that card (next guide).
