Configuring EM Standard Maintenance Groups

EM Standard Maintenance Groups schedule routine maintenance (oil changes, tire rotations, and similar) based on hours or miles.

Before you start

• Meter/odometer tracking is configured and kept current (see meter readings).

Steps

1. Open EM Standard Maintenance Groups.
2. Create a group for the routine (for example oil change).
3. Add the maintenance items (repairs/parts) in the group.
4. Set triggers by hours or miles from actual transaction data.
5. Save.

Notes

• Bad hour/mile data produces bad maintenance schedules—keep readings current.
