Configuring HQ Compliance Groups

HQ Compliance Groups bundle compliance codes so assigning the group on a subcontract or purchase order applies every code in the group.

Before you start

• Compliance codes exist for the requirements you need.

Steps

1. Open HQ Compliance Groups.
2. Create or open a group.
3. Assign the compliance codes that belong in the group.
4. Assign the group on subcontract or purchase order records that should inherit those codes.

Notes

• Only put codes in a group that belong on those commitments—irrelevant codes create false holds.
