Configuring HR Company Parameters

HR Company Parameters controls employment history event options, which HR changes update Payroll, and audit/batch report settings.

Before you start

• HR codes for employment history events exist (or create them first in HR Codes).
• Know which PR update options your company wants enabled.

Steps

1. Open HR Company Parameters.
2. Check the employment history event options and reference the corresponding codes from HR Codes.
3. Enable the PR update options you need so HR stays in sync with Payroll.
4. Enable audit options.
5. Check attach batch reports if you want posted-batch attachments in HQ batch control.
6. Save.

Notes

• History event codes must exist before the event options that reference them will work cleanly.
