Configuring PM Company Parameters

PM Company Parameters activates Project Management subledgers and sets defaults for subcontracts, materials, and related numbering.

Before you start

• Know which subledgers you use (AP, subcontract, purchase order).
• Know default subcontract cost type and format options.

Steps

1. Open PM Company Parameters.
2. Activate the subledgers you need (AP, subcontract, purchase order).
3. On Subcontract Parameters, set the default subcontract cost type and format options.
4. Complete material / purchase-order defaults used when initializing documents from PM.
5. Save.

• Subledger activation controls which PM document flows are available.
