Configuring PM Status IDs

PM Status IDs are used to control the flow and status of project management documents, such as pending change orders. They help in tracking the progression of documents from initial stages to final approval, all changes are accurately reflected in project cost projections.

Steps

1. Access thePM Status IDsform.
2. Define the different statuses for your documents, such as 'beginning', 'intermediate', and 'final'.
3. Set up the projection options by selecting either 'display in projections' or 'display and calculate in projections' based on whether you want pending change orders to affect cost projections.
4. Save the configuration to apply the status flow to your project management documents.
