Configuring SM Agreement Types

SM Agreement Types categorize service agreements, link them to departments for posting, and control coverage and auto-renewal defaults.

Before you start

• SM Departments exist.
• Know which call types each agreement type covers.

Steps

1. Open SM Agreement Types.
2. Create an agreement type with identifier and description.
3. Link it to an SM department for cost and revenue posting.
4. Enable auto-renewal only if agreements of this type should renew by default.
5. On Coverage, associate the call types covered by the agreement type.
6. Save.

Notes

• Wrong department links mispost agreement cost and revenue.
• Auto-renewal can renew agreements you did not intend to continue.
