Copying VA User/Group Security

VA Copy User/Group Security copies security from one user or group to another—useful when building tiered roles from a base setup.

Before you start​

  • Identify the source and target user or security group.
  • Confirm you have rights to change security.

Steps​

  1. Open VA Copy User/Group Security.
  2. Select the source user or group.
  3. Select the target user or group.
  4. Run the copy.
  5. Review the target and adjust rights for that tier or role.

Notes​

  • Copied rights are a starting point—trim anything the target should not have.
