Delivering MS Invoices

MS Invoices finds and delivers material sales invoices (one or many). Create and edit invoices in Editing MS Invoices.

Before you start

• Invoices exist and are ready to deliver.
• Email settings in MS Company Parameters are configured.

Steps

1. Open MS Invoices.
2. Search by customer, delivery status, customer job, customer PO, or invoice number.
3. Select the invoices to deliver.
4. Click Deliver.

Notes

• Delivery fails if email settings in company parameters are wrong or incomplete.
