Entering EM Meter Readings

EM Meter Readings records hour or odometer readings by date for maintenance scheduling and work orders.

Before you start

• Have the equipment number, reading date, and new hours or odometer value.

Steps

1. Open EM Meter Readings and start/open a batch.
2. Enter the reading date and equipment.
3. Enter the new hours and/or odometer reading.
4. File / process the batch, validate, preview reports, and post.

Notes

• Standard maintenance groups depend on accurate readings.
