Generating SM PM Work Orders

Generate PM Work Orders creates preventive-maintenance work orders from agreement work schedules that are due within a date window.

Before you start

• Agreements have work schedules configured.
• Service centers, customers, and sites are set up.

Steps

1. Open Generate PM Work Orders.
2. Filter by service center, customer, service site, or agreement.
3. Enter how many days ahead to include due work.
4. Review the list of agreement work orders to generate.
5. Select the rows to process.
6. Click Process.

Notes

• Out-of-date agreements or a wrong day window can miss or create work orders too early.
