JB T&M Template Material Rates

JB T&M Template Material Rates set how materials costed to a job are billed on T&M invoices (cost plus markup, price less discount, or specific prices).

Before you start​

  • Materials are costed to the job (JC material use or inventory).
  • The T&M template exists.

Steps​

  1. Open JB T&M Template Material Rates.
  2. Select the material.
  3. Choose the override method: cost plus markup or price less discount.
  4. Enter the markup or discount rate.
  5. Enter new (and old, if applicable) specific prices when you use specific pricing.
  6. Save.

Notes​

  • Rate setup only affects T&M bills that use this template—progress billing does not use these tables.
