JC Revenue Projections
The JC Revenue Projections form is used to update a projected revenue value which can override your contract amount. This tool is valuable for project managers to forecast contract changes that may not yet be approved as change orders, allowing for more accurate financial planning and reporting.
Before you start
- Knowledge of the contract numbers and items for which projections are being made.
Steps
- Open theJC Revenue Projectionsform.
- Enter the date for the projection.
- Input the contract number associated with the job.
- Enter the projected revenue amount for each contract item.
- Ensure all entries are correct and complete.
- File process the batch, validate it, preview the reports, and post the batch.
Notes
- The projected revenue values are accurate as they will override the contract amount in reports.
- Always validate and preview reports before posting to avoid errors.
