Managing EM Warranties

EM Warranties tracks warranty detail for parts installed on equipment.

Before you start

• Have manufacturer, part code, AP invoice reference, and installation date.

Steps

1. Open EM Warranties.
2. Enter manufacturer and part code/description.
3. Reference the AP invoice used to purchase the part.
4. Enter the installation date and remaining warranty fields.
5. Save.

• Accurate install dates and terms matter when you file claims later.
