PM Copy Template

The PM Copy Template form is used to apply predefined phase and cost type templates to new projects. By using templates, businesses can ensure consistency and accuracy in project management, reducing the initial setup effort and minimizing errors.

Before you start​

  • PM template phases must be set up before using the PM Copy Template form.

Steps​

  1. PM template phases are set up as a prerequisite.
  2. Open thePM Copy Templateform.
  3. Select the template you want to apply.
  4. Choose the project to which you want to apply the template.
  5. Click the copy button to add all phases and cost types from the template to the selected project.
  6. Review the phases in thePM Project Phasesform and adjust any amounts as necessary.

Notes​

  • The template is correctly set up before applying it to avoid incorrect phase or cost type assignments.
