Renewing SM Agreements

SM Agreement Renewal renews agreements that are approaching expiration.

Before you start

• Agreements exist with expiration dates approaching.
• Customer and service details are current.

Steps

1. Open SM Agreement Renewal.
2. Filter by agreement type, customer, or service center.
3. Review agreements expiring within the specified number of days.
4. Select the agreements to renew.
5. Click Process.

Notes

• Confirm criteria and selected rows before processing.
• Reflect any term changes on the agreement before or after renewal as your process requires.
