Setting Up PR Craft Class Templates

PR Craft Class Templates are used to define specific pay rates, prevailing wage packages, and benefits for different classes within a craft.

Before you start

  • Knowledge of the specific requirements for each craft class.
  • Existing PR Craft setup must be completed.
  • Knowledge of job-specific pay rates and benefits.

Steps

  1. Access thePR Craft Class Templatesform.
  2. Select the craft class you wish to configure or create a new class template.
  3. Specify unique hourly rates and fringe benefit rates for the class.
  4. Enter any unique pay rates and add-on earnings applicable to the class.
  5. Configure deductions and liability rates specific to the class.
  6. Save the template and apply it to the relevant job or employee records.
  7. Navigate to thePR Craft Class Templatesform.
  8. Create a new template or select an existing one to modify.
  9. Specify unique hourly rates and fringe benefit rates for each class within the template.
  10. Enter any unique pay rates required for the job location.
  11. Add any necessary add-on earnings, such as prevailing wage or cash fringe, to meet full wage package requirements.
  12. Define any deductions or liability rates specific to the class within the template.
  13. Ensure all setups are complete and accurate to reflect the desired calculations when the template is applied.
