PR Leave Codes define PTO/leave types. Accrual limits control maximum balances.

Before you start

• Know accrual methods, earn codes tied to leave, and any annual caps.

Steps

1. Open PR Leave Codes.
2. Create a leave code and description.
3. Set accrual and usage rules used by your company.
4. Configure accrual limits (caps / ceilings) where required.
5. Save.

Notes

• Limits that are too low or high will block or over-accrue leave.
