Setting Up SM Rate Templates

SM Rate Templates hold standard labor, equipment, material, and other rates applied to customers, service sites, or work orders.

Before you start​

  • Know the rate sets you use for different customers or site types.

Steps​

  1. Open SM Rate Template.
  2. Create a template with a unique name.
  3. Enter standard rates for labor, equipment, materials, and other categories as needed.
  4. Assign the template to customers, service sites, or work orders.
  5. Save.

Notes​

  • Wrong template assignment produces incorrect billable rates.
