SL Retainage Adjustment

SL Retainage Adjustment updates retainage percentages for subcontracts on a job (or a specific subcontract) without reworking the original entry line by line.

Before you start​

  • Know the job or subcontract and the new retainage percent from the contract.

Steps​

  1. Open SL Retainage Adjustment.
  2. Select the job or subcontract.
  3. Enter the new retainage percentage.
  4. Review the proposed changes.
  5. Submit/save to apply the new percentages.

Notes​

  • Wrong job or subcontract selection updates retainage on the wrong commitments.
  • New percentages should match contractual agreements.
