Using VA Copy Company Security

VA Copy Company Security copies selected security settings from a source company to one or more target companies.

Before you start​

  • Company-level data security is active.
  • Confirm the source company settings are correct before copying.

Steps​

  1. Open VA Copy Company Security.
  2. Select the source company.
  3. Select the target company or companies.
  4. Choose which security types to copy.
  5. Click Apply.

Notes​

  • Prefer global security when you can—frequent company-to-company copies are hard to maintain.
  • Review target access after the copy so you do not grant unintended rights.
